Budget: £8,000

Garden Design Brief: With two small children, the clients wanted a safe play area and as large a lawn as possible. Space for family dining was essential and a much loved swing seat had to be squeezed in too. The client's love of architectural and tropical plants guided the planting plan – creating an exciting jungly space to relax and play in. A new play fort set on a deep bed of bark chippings added an immediate fun factor – whilst storage practicalities were catered for with a very small shed on the patio.
