Garden Design Brief

This garden had very tricky levels – so much so, that there was no space to sit and relax in the garden and no level planting areas.  Detailed measurements were taken so that retaining walls could be put in place to create a relaxed seating and dining area, as well as, a level lawn and simple raised beds.  Drainage was a key consideration with the retaining walls suitably drained and the patio utilising a gravel trap to encourage effective drainage – neighbouring land sloped down into this plot.
